William Montgomery Property Services - private transactions

William Montgomery is retained to source, view and negotiate the private purchase of properties on behalf of clients. It proved to be a natural progression from buying and selling property to providing associated services, such as estate management, landscape and forestry advice, building and design services and the sourcing of staff.

William Montgomery also provides formal property valuations for banking purposes, family division and compulsory purchase. These services have developed from working on numerous, varied projects with professionals who are well established in their respective fields and who recognise that clients expect discretion, total commitment and sometimes complete anonymity.

As with the Sotheby's side of the business, both the diversity of properties handled and their geographic locations are wide and varied. Shown here are examples of transactions handled by William Montgomery over recent years.

Upper Terrace House in London was the former home of Lord Clark (author of 'Civilisation') and was purchased on behalf of a European entrepreneur.
